The NCS2-622+ is a ceramic balun RF transformer with a 1:2 impedance ratio, designed for 5600 to 6200 MHz applications such as WLAN, WiMAX, and radar. It features LTCC construction, a miniature GE0805C-1 case measuring 0.079" x 0.049" x 0.033", and operates from -40°C to 85°C with a maximum RF power of 3W, derating linearly to 2W at 85°C. Typical amplitude unbalance is 0.6 dB and phase unbalance is 6 degrees across the band. It is RoHS compliant and aqueous washable.
