Mini-Circuits 1:1 LTCC Transformer, 700 - 3300 MHz, 50Ω NCS1-332+

NCS1-332+ is a ceramic balun RF transformer with a 1:1 impedance ratio and 50Ω characteristic impedance, designed for operation from 700 to 3300 MHz. It features a 0805 case style with dimensions of 2.0 × 1.24 × 0.84 mm and LTCC construction. Insertion loss is specified at a maximum of 1.8 dB over the full bandwidth, with typical values as low as 0.59 dB between 1500 and 2700 MHz. Amplitude unbalance is ≤1.5 dB and phase unbalance is ≤15° across the band. Input return loss exceeds 13 dB above 1500 MHz. The device operates from -40°C to 85°C and handles up to 3 W RF power at 25°C, derating linearly to 1 W at 100°C. It is RoHS compliant and intended for LTE, WLAN, ISM, and WiFi applications.
