The BFTC-500+ is a ceramic LTCC bandpass filter designed for the 400 to 600 MHz frequency range with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a hermetically sealed FR933-1 package measuring 0.150 x 0.150 x 0.059 inches, supporting an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a maximum RF input power of 4 W at 25°C, derating linearly to 2 W at 85°C. The filter exhibits a typical insertion loss of 4.0 dB within the passband, a VSWR of 1.5:1, and greater than 25 dB stopband rejection below 290 MHz and above 800 MHz. It is RoHS compliant.
The BFTC-500+ LTCC bandpass filter covers the 400 to 600 MHz passband with 25 dB upper/lower stopband re- jection. This model handles up to 4W RF input power and provides a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C. Utilizing LTCC multi-layer construction, the filter achieves excellent repeatability of performance and comes in a tiny ceramic package saving space in dense PCB layouts.
