The BFCN-5151+ is a 50Ω LTCC bandpass filter designed for frequencies between 4120 and 6440 MHz, with a case style of FV1206-7 and physical dimensions of 3.20 mm x 1.60 mm x 1.30 mm. It provides a typical insertion loss of 1.2 dB within the passband and achieves return loss greater than 14 dB. The filter offers lower stopband insertion loss of at least 20 dB up to 3000 MHz and upper stopband rejection of at least 15 dB from 10450 to 14250 MHz.
