ADT9-1T+ is a surface-mount RF transformer designed for impedance matching and balun applications with a 1:9 impedance ratio and 50 Ω characteristic impedance over 1 to 250 MHz. It features an insertion loss of 0.8 dB typ. at mid-band, input return loss of 13 dB typ., amplitude unbalance of 0.05 dB typ., and phase unbalance of 1 deg typ. within the 1-250 MHz bandwidth. The device is housed in a CD542 case measuring 7.87 × 6.91 × 2.84 mm with a mass of 0.20 grams. Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +85 °C, with a maximum RF power of 0.25 W and DC current of 30 mA. The transformer is aqueous washable and compliant with US Patent 6,133,525.
