Thin-film element S101503PF12 from Minco is designed for applications requiring low-cost temperature sensing with resistance values up to 10k ,Ѷ. It features a tolerance of ¬±0.12% in accordance with EN60751 Class B standards and is constructed on an aluminum oxide substrate with a fused glass cover. The dimensional tolerances for the 400 and 600¬8C elements are ¬±0.02" (0.5 mm), while surface mount technology (SMT) models have length and width tolerances of ¬±0.008" (0.2 mm) and thickness tolerances of ¬±0.004" (0.1 mm). The temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) is 0.00385 ,Ѷ/,Ѷ/¬8C, ensuring reliable performance. The element demonstrates excellent repeatability of ¬±0.1¬8C or better and stability with a drift of less than 0.1¬8C per year under normal usage conditions.
