The MCU50N06AHE3 is an AEC-Q101 qualified N-channel MOSFET designed for automotive applications using trench power LV MOSFET technology. It is packaged in a DPAK (TO-252) with dimensions of 9.80 to 10.40 mm in length, 6.00 to 6.20 mm in width, and 2.18 to 2.39 mm in height, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The device supports a drain-source voltage of 60 V, continuous drain current of 50 A at 25°C, and total power dissipation of 59.5 W. Thermal resistance is 50°C/W junction-to-ambient and 2.1°C/W junction-to-case. Maximum operating junction temperature is 150°C. The part is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and has moisture sensitivity level 1.
