The XM1001-BD-EV1 is a fundamental image reject mixer designed for operation within the frequency range of 12.0 to 40.0 GHz. It features a conversion loss of 8.0 dB and provides 20.0 dB of image rejection, making it suitable for both up-conversion and down-conversion applications. The device has an input third order intercept point (IIP3) of +25.0 dBm, indicating good linearity performance. This mixer is constructed using GaAs MMIC technology, ensuring high repeatability and uniformity through electron beam lithography. It includes I and Q outputs, requiring an external 90-degree hybrid for sideband selection.
