The PRLM41180 is a delay-on-make timer with a fixed 180-second timing interval, designed for non-critical timing applications. It features an 8 A DPDT electromechanical relay output rated for 120/240 V ac and 1/3 hp, with an onboard LED indicating timing (flashing) and output status (steady on). Input operates at 120 V ac with a tolerance of -20% to +10%, and the unit is powered at ≤3.25 W. The device uses an 8-pin octal plug-in termination and measures 44.45 mm H x 60.33 mm W x 104.78 mm D with socket. It is UL 508 listed when used with an OT08-PC or RB08-PC socket, and operates from -20°C to 65°C. Time accuracy is ±2% repeat and ±5% setting tolerance. Reset occurs in ≤50 ms upon removal of input voltage.
The PRLM Series is designed for use in non-critical timing applications. It offers low cost, knob adjustable timing control, full 10A relay output, and onboard LED indication. The knob adjustment provides a guaranteed time range of up to 10 minutes in 6 ranges. The onboard LED indicates whether or not the unit is timing (flashing LED) as well as the status of the output. Operation (Delay-on-Make)The time delay is initiated when input voltage is applied. LED flashes during timing. At the end of the delay period, the output contacts energize. LED is on steady after the unit times out.Reset: Reset is accomplished by removal of input voltage. There is no false output when reset during timing.
