The MIXG180W1200TEH is a six-pack X2PT IGBT module designed for AC motor drives, solar inverters, and switched-mode power supplies. It features a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating, 260 A collector current at 25°C, and a saturation voltage of 1.7 V at 150 A. The module integrates SONIC™ diodes, an NTC temperature sensor, and is housed in an E3-Pack with a copper base plate and solder pins. It supports 175°C virtual junction temperature, has a 4300 V RMS isolation voltage, and is RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.18 K/W for IGBTs and 0.30 K/W for diodes. The device is short-circuit rated for 10 µs and includes a positive temperature coefficient for easy paralleling.
