The IT132 is a monolithic dual PNP transistor array in a 8-pin PDIP package, designed for applications requiring matched transistor characteristics. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -45V, a maximum collector current of -10mA, and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW when mounted on both sides. The device offers a current gain (hFE) of at least 80 at IC = -10µA and 100 at IC = -1.0mA, with a current gain-bandwidth product of 90MHz.
