It is ideal for Pico Amp, Ultra Low Leakage, Protection Diode Applications. Available in TO-72 4L ROHS, TO-78 5L, ROHS, and SOIC 8L ROHS package, as well as Tested Die. All Linear Systems devices are available with special testing to customer specification.
