KRYTAR Zero Bias Schottky Detectors are inline coaxial barrel connector packages for use in today’s high-performance microwave instrumentation and systems. KRYTAR detectors are designed for use in applications including power measurements, analyzing radar performance, leveling pulsed signal sources, AM noise measurements, system monitoring and pulsed RF measurements in broadband, 5G and mm-Wave applications. KRYTAR’s Model 202 Series Detectors have a Minimum Frequency of 10 MHz and a Maximum Frequency of 26.5 GHz with a Frequency Response of ±0.5 dB to 20 GHz and ±0.8 dB to 26.5 GHz. Additional performance features include 50 ohm matched inputs for an excellent maximum VSWR of 1.35 to 20 GHz and 1.5 to 26.5 GHz, Negative Output Polarity (For Positive Output Polarity add a “P” to the end of the model number), Low Voltage Sensitivity of 0.5 mV/µW typical, and can withstand maximum input power levels up to 100 mW. Operating temperature range is -54°C to +100°C. The compact and rugged cylindrical package includes an industry standard 3.5mm Input Connector. 202 Series Models Output Connector Options: Model 202A: SMA Female and measures 1.57 inches long x 0.4 inches in diameter Model 202B: BNC and measures 1.85 inches long x 0.4 inches in diameter Model 202S: SMC Jack and measures 1.45 inches long x 0.4 inches in diameter KRYTAR detectors are ideal for use in MIL-Spec environments requiring precision test and measurement in instrumentation, subsystem assemblies, radar or missile guidance systems, and lab testing. KRYTAR also offers complete engineering services for custom designs that meet or exceed critical performance and/or packaging specifications.
