1048 is a surface mount dual-cell holder for 18650 lithium-ion batteries, featuring a high-temperature nylon 46 housing rated UL 94V-0 and stainless steel contacts with gold flash plating. It accommodates cells with or without built-in protection circuits, with polarity clearly marked for proper orientation. The holder securely retains batteries without tools and supports reflow soldering. Mounting dimensions include a length of 2.710 inches (68.9 mm), width of 1.566 inches (39.8 mm), and height of 3.386 inches (86.0 mm) minimum. Operating temperature ranges from -60°F to +293°F (-51°C to +145°C). Packaging is 25 pieces per tray.
