The KRYOSEC TAH to TCH series comprises refrigerated air dryers designed for compressed air systems, removing moisture by cooling air to condense water vapor, which is then drained via an electronic demand drain. Units feature a compact, low-profile design with tall feet for ground clearance and support wall mounting, ideal for space-constrained installations. Constructed with copper-brazed stainless steel plate heat exchangers, they ensure low pressure drop and energy-efficient operation across capacities from 12 to 159 scfm. The refrigeration circuit operates reliably at ambient temperatures up to 122°F and inlet temperatures up to 135°F, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 232 psig. Power supply options include 115/1/60 and 230/1/60 configurations. Dimensions vary by model, ranging from 15¼ x 18¾ x 17½ inches for the TAH 5 to 26¼ x 26 x 24 inches for the TCH 36.

Lower pressure differential
The dryer's stainless steel plate heat exchanger is complemented by an air-to-air heat exchanger. Low pressure differential and high quality insulation ensure energy-efficient operation at all times. The integrated condensate separator provides dependable performance even under conditions with fluctuating compressed air flow.
Dependable condensate drainage
The electronic Eco-Drain 30 condensate drain provides dependable condensate drainage without pressure loss. Cold surfaces are insulated to prevent condensate formation and corrosion from occurring on the inside of the system. A ball valve installed at the condensate inlet enables quick and simple maintenance. The Eco-Drain 31 is also available as an option for all models.
