The NDC1623D series consists of drop-in circulators designed for high-power, high-isolation applications in wireless, radar, and laboratory test systems, operating across frequency bands from 5 to 7 GHz. The units are enclosed in a 16×23×9.7 mm package with 2‖2.5 mm through-hole mounting. They feature insertion loss as low as 0.30 dB, isolation up to 23.0 dB, VSWR as low as 1.20, and an average power handling of 10 to 50 W, with an operating temperature range of -30℃ to +70℃.
