Real Time Data Collection OMS is a real-time performance management system capable of handling data acquisition, data monitoring and data analysis and is designed to improve the productivity of manufacturing plants. The system integrates easily with your existing production equipment on the plant floor, and provides detailed, live information about the production process. This gives employees - from machine operators to upper management - the ability to make better decisions, fix bottlenecks, reduce waste, and solve problems as soon as they occur. Our OMS solution is comprised of both software and hardware components. Our hardware component, the INTEG JNIOR 310, collects data (digital, analog, serial) from any machine or device on your plant floor and sends it to the OMS server via the Ethernet network. The OMS server gathers this information and the user then can retrieve the data from the database using their own custom software or they can add-on the INTEG user interface and data analysis software. The INTEG user interface displays the data via your web browser so employees can make better decisions and ultimately improve the productivity of your plant. Using the INTEG JNIOR, you can connect one or several machines (or work stations) to each JNIOR. The production signals to be monitored from each work center typically include one or more of the following – machine on, machine producing and piece made. With this information and other information from the JNIOR, including ‘time on’ and counter values, multiple performance indictors can be calculated and monitored.
