The 4600-RMS is a remote monitoring system for digital and analog field instruments, offering web-based access, email alarming, and custom reporting via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular. It features a 240 x 128 graphic LCD, five or ten digital inputs, five assignable relay outputs with 2.5A fused rating at equal input voltage or 2.5A at 28 VDC as dry contacts, up to eight 4-20 mA inputs, and up to four 4-20 mA outputs with optical isolation. The unit operates on 95-240 VAC and includes an enclosure of corrosion- and weather-resistant high-impact ABS with a gasketed Lexan cover. Ambient operating temperature ranges from 0°F to 125°F (-17°C to 52°C), and relative humidity is supported up to 100%. Shipping weight is approximately 8 lbs (3.62 kg).

The 4600-RMS is well suited for applications where it is inconvenient or impossible to directly connect to your instruments to view or retrieve data or where constant monitoring is required. The Remote Monitoring System is equipped with the Web Advantage reporting system to allow constant monitoring of multiple controllers and data access from your devices. Advance customization and relay logic allow operators to make setting changes to address site conditions without having to access the field devices directly. The control unit mounts in hard-wire proximity to your instruments and within access to a Wi-Fi signal or an ethernet port with internet access. Once powered up, the 4600-RMS display will guide you through a quick set-up to connect to the internet. Then, simply input your Serial Number to the Web Advantage online portal to complete set-up. You will have the ability to name your site and the various inputs, set up the scale for the reading history log, have reports and alarms automatically sent out on a determined frequency, such as daily or weekly and have alerts sent immediately as they happen.
