The PVA3324NPbF is a single-pole, normally-open, solid-state relay designed for general-purpose switching of analog signals up to 300V peak AC or DC at up to 150mA. It is packaged in an 8-pin molded DIP with through-hole leads and provides 4000 V_RMS input-to-output isolation. The relay offers a maximum on-state resistance of 24 Ω at 25°C and 0.2 µV thermal offset voltage, enabling high measurement accuracy. It supports control currents of 2 mA at 25°C for 170mA load and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device meets UL recognition and has an ESD tolerance of 4000 V human body model. The part is a variant of the PVA33 series, which uses optically isolated HEXFET MOSFET outputs with GaAlAs LED control.
