IKG Custom Round Cross Bars Grating HWD

Harsco Industrial IKG (IKG) Custom Welded Grating is available in lieu of Weldforged® Heavy Duty Welded Grating for limited quantity production. It is available in two different cross bar configurations, which are hand-welded in place using conventional shielded gas methods. Bearing bars are required to be pre-punched to receive either a round (Type HW) or rectangular (Type EC) cross bar. The rectangular cross bar configuration offers increased lateral stability and is recommended where highly concentrated or turning wheel loads are present. Durable, with a high strength to weight ratio, our economical Custom Welded Grating is suitable for drainage trenches and inlets, as well as other applications. The HWD product is a custom Welded Heavy Duty Grating with bearing bars 15/16" on centers and Round Cross Bars 4" on centers. Available in Steel Alloys. Note: The painted finish is one shop coat of water-based black or gray paint to protect during transit and is not considered a finished coat.
