The incremental encoder RVP510 from ifm electronic, with a 10 mm solid shaft and clamping flange, can be connected to the drive with an optional flexible coupling. The magnetic detection system and the resolution of 1-10,000 pulses ensure the highest measurement accuracy. The output function can be switched between HTL and TTL (50 mA). In addition, via the function keys and the display, you can program the resolution, direction of rotation and additional functions - such as speed monitoring or pre-set counter - locally at the incremental encoder RVP510. The robust stainless steel housing has a protection rating of IP65/IP66/IP67 and IP64 on the shaft side. The connection is via an 8-pole M12 connector, both radially and axially usable. For communication interface, IO-Link is available (must purchase 103210 adapter for this programming functionality).
