The HygroPro XP is an explosionproof aluminum oxide moisture transmitter for hazardous areas, measuring trace to ambient moisture in gases and non-aqueous liquids. It features a compact IP66/Type 4X enclosure with an integrated backlit LCD and six-button keypad for local configuration. The unit provides 4-20 mA analog output with HART communication and is loop-powered at 12-28 VDC. It includes a thin-film aluminum oxide sensor with built-in thermistor and optional pressure transducer, capable of measuring dew/frost point, temperature, and pressure. Calibration is traceable to NIST or NPL, with ISO 17025 accreditation available. The probe mount meets ANSI/UL 122701 single seal standards. Dimensions are 8.63 x 4.80 x 3.51 in. (219 x 122 x 89 mm), with aluminum housing weighing 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg). Certification includes Class I, II, III Div 1/2 and ATEX/IECEx Ex db/ia IIC T6 Gb/Ga. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C.
