The GRF5220 is a high linearity PA with ultra-low noise figure (NF). The device delivers excellent P1dB, IP3 and NF over a wide range of frequencies with fractional bandwidths >30%.
In addition to use as a PA or linear driver, GRF5220 is well suited to demanding first, second or third stage LNA applications requiring high linearity, ruggedness and low NF.
