Foundrax Engineering Products, Ltd. Closed Loop Brinell Hardness Tester BRIN400B

Description
The BRIN400 series of closed loop Brinell hardness testers represent the latest in Brinell hardness testing technology. They are robust, reliable, proven and designed to meet a customer’s most demanding requirements in harsh industrial environments such as those found in foundries, forges and steelworks. The test force is monitored and adjusted 125 times per second via a specially built load cell specifically designed for use in Brinell hardness testing and the test forces are applied using a high quality Servo motor and Servo Drive giving full torque at no speed. This approach means that the test force is constantly adjusted to ensure that it is correctly applied within tight tolerances at all times giving levels of accuracy unparalleled in a production environment. Using the BRIN400 series is simple and easy and requires only the minimum of training. Maintenance is minimal and can easily be carried out by competent trained personnel. Foundrax are happy to supply the necessary training and support to ensure many years of trouble free Brinell hardness testing. The BRIN400 series fully meet the requirements of ISO 6506 and ASTM E10 and are available with UKAS certificates of calibration prior to despatch if required.
