The Model 400 Endurance™ Conductivity Sensor from Emerson Electric is designed for accurate measurement of electrolytic conductivity in clean, non-corrosive liquids with conductivity levels up to 20,000 µS/cm. It features a robust two-electrode design with titanium electrodes and a stainless steel process connector, ensuring durability in various applications. The sensor is available in three cell constants—0.01/cm, 0.1/cm, and 1.0/cm—allowing for flexibility in measuring different conductivity ranges.
Installation is straightforward with a ¾-in. male national pipe thread (MNPT) fitting for direct screw-in insertion into process piping, and it can also be used with a pipe tee or flow cell in sidestream setups. The Model 400 does not require initial calibration due to its factory-measured cell constant, providing out-of-the-box accuracy. Additionally, it offers a high-temperature option for applications up to 392 °F (200 °C) and can be configured with either an integral cable connection or Variopol (VP6) quick disconnect fittings.
The Model 400 is a screw-in type conductivity sensor available in three cell constants covering a broad range of conductivity. It has titanium electrodes and is available with both integral and quick-disconnect cable.
