Dymax Light-Curable Materials, Glass Bonding, 431

Description
Dymax 431 glass-to-metal bonding adhesive resists high-temperature and high-moisture environments while maintaining superior adhesion and flexibility. This versatile product features low shrinkage, resulting in reduced stress on bond lines and larger cured surfaces. The adhesive cures upon exposure to UV/Visible light and is specifically formulated for use with Dymax broad- and narrow-light-spectru m curing systems. 431 is ideal for applications in the glass, appliance, and lighting markets. This material is designed for rapid bonding of glass and metals including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, and can be considered for bonding a wide variety of plastics such as ABS, CAP, PA, PC, PCTG, PEBA, PEEK, PET, PETG, PI, PVC, and SAN, as well as ceramic and FR4. Dymax materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the ideal balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. This product is in full compliance with the RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU.
