3099 adhesive cures in seconds upon exposure to high-intensity UV/Visible light. The product cures rapidly to form strong bonds to PMMA (Acrylic), polycarbonate, glass, and other plastic substrates. This material’s clarity and low viscosity produce clear, bubble-free bond lines. Typical applications include plastic housing, display, and appliance assembly. Dymax materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency.
