Dymax Multi-Cure® 6-621 adhesive is designed for rapid assembling of parts made of metal, glass, ceramic, phenolic, filled polyamide, and other substrate materials. The material is specially formulated to cure with heat in applications where shadow areas exist. This product is curable with UV/Visible light, heat, or pre-applied activator. Visible light can penetrate through many UV-blocked and colored plastics and glasses to cure the adhesive. Applications include coil winding, potting, as well as metal-to-glass bonding. Dymax materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. Multi-Cure® 6-621 is in full compliance with the RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU.
