The MLSG141M250JK0C is a Slimpack™ aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a stainless steel case, rated for 250 Vdc and 140 µF, designed for high-reliability aerospace and military applications. It has a case length of 1.5 inches, a capacitance tolerance of ±20%, and operates from -55 °C to +125 °C. The part meets a DC life test of 5000 hours at 125 °C and rated voltage, with a maximum ripple current of 1.5 A at 85 °C and 120 Hz. It complies with MIL-STD-202 and IEC 60068-2-6 for vibration, rated to 80 g for the JK case, and withstands altitudes exceeding 80,000 feet. ESR at 120 Hz is 1.200 Ω and at 10 kHz is 0.960 Ω. ESL is ≤30 nH measured at 1 MHz. Terminals are 18 AWG copper wire with tin-lead electroplate. A polyester tape wrap may increase dimensions by up to 0.020 inches.
