The MLS331M200EK0C is a 125 °C Flatpack™ aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a rated voltage of 200 Vdc, capacitance of 330 µF, and ±20% tolerance, housed in an EK case measuring 1.5 inches in length and weighing 43 g typical. It features a stainless-steel case, near-hermetic welded seal, and withstands operating temperatures from -55 °C to +125 °C. The part supports ripple current up to 4.9 A at 120 Hz and 6.2 A at 20 kHz, with a maximum ESR of 426 mΩ at 25 °C. Endurance life is rated at 10,000 hours at 85 °C under full load and includes MIL-level burn-in for high reliability. Vibration tolerance is up to 10g, with mounting restraint required for higher levels. Terminals are 18 AWG copper wire with tin-lead electroplate. The capacitor meets MIL-STD-202 and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration standards and has an ESL of ≤30 nH at 1 MHz.
