The MLP601M200EA1D is a 200 Vdc, 600 µF aluminum electrolytic capacitor in the FlatpackTM series, designed for voltage holdup and filtering in high-reliability applications. It features a 2.0-inch case length, weighs 42 g, and uses four leads with mounting tabs. The capacitor operates from -40°C to +85°C, supports up to 2.6 A ripple current at 85°C without a heatsink, and achieves 50-year life at +45°C with a nearly hermetic welded seal. Its ESR is 261 mΩ at 120 Hz and 168 mΩ at 20 kHz. The case includes a polyester insulation layer, and the terminals are lead-free. It meets MIL-STD-202 and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration standards and has an ESL of less than 30 nH at 1 MHz.
