The MCM01 series consists of surface mount RF capacitors designed for high power and high temperature applications up to 200 °C with voltage ratings up to 1000 Vdc. The capacitors use PTFE or mica dielectrics, offer capacitance values from 1 to 1500 pF, and feature a gull-wing terminal for low stress and thermal conductivity compatible with FR4 PCBs. The series has zero aging, no capacitance change with voltage or frequency, and ESR as low as 11 mΩ at 100 MHz. Packages are RoHS compliant with tape and reel packaging options. Part MCM01-009DD400J-TF is a variant in this series with a 400 pF capacitance, 500 Vdc rating, ±5% tolerance, and RoHS-compliant packaging.
