MCM01 series surface-mount RF capacitors are high-power, high-temperature components designed for applications up to 1000 Vdc and 200 °C with no voltage derating, using PTFE or mica dielectrics for low inductance and ultra-stable capacitance. The MCM01-009 variant features a gull-wing terminal, CTE compatible with FR4 PCBs, and a typical ESR of 100 pF with less than 11 mΩ at 100 MHz. It supports capacitance values from 1 to 1500 pF with tolerances down to ±0.25 pF and is RoHS compliant. The device is nonmagnetic, wave-solderable, and offers no aging or drift with voltage, time, or frequency.
