The MCM01 series consists of surface mount RF capacitors designed for high power and high temperature applications up to 200°C and voltages up to 1000 Vdc. Capacitance ranges from 1 to 1500 pF, with tolerances of ±0.25 pF to ±5%. The capacitors feature a gull-wing terminal, low ESR (typically 100 pF), and low ESL for effective bypassing. The package is thermally conductive with CTE approximately 18 ppm/°C, compatible with FR4 PCBs, and nonmagnetic to minimize RF loss. Capacitors are wave solderable and show no aging, capacitance shift with voltage, temperature, or frequency. Dielectric materials include PTFE and mica, with voltage ratings of 300 Vdc, 500 Vdc, or 1000 Vdc depending on configuration. The series complies with RoHS standards when marked with 'F' suffix.
