The MCM01 series is a surface mount RF capacitor designed for high-power applications up to 1000 Vdc and operating temperatures to 200 °C with no voltage derating. It uses PTFE or mica dielectric with a gull-wing terminal for low inductance and thermal stability, compatible with FR4 PCBs. Capacitance ranges from 1 to 1500 pF with tolerances of ±0.25 pF to ±5%, and ESR is typically 100 pF with resistance under 11 mΩ at 100 MHz. The part is nonmagnetic, wave solderable, and RoHS compliant.
