The MCM01 series consists of surface-mount mica and PTFE RF capacitors designed for high-power, high-frequency applications with voltage ratings up to 1000 Vdc and operation to 200 °C with no voltage derating. The part MCM01-001CD180J-F has a capacitance of 180 pF with a tolerance of ±5%, a voltage rating of 300 Vdc, and is RoHS compliant. It features a gull-wing terminal, zero aging, negligible capacitance change over temperature, voltage, and frequency, nonmagnetic construction for minimal RF loss, and a typical ESR below 11 mΩ at 100 MHz. The package is thermally conductive and compatible with FR4 PCBs with a CTE of approximately 18 ppm/°C.
