The 336HC5500KR is a self-healing polypropylene film capacitor rated for 500 kVAR at 700 VAC and 1000 A RMS current, designed for induction heating and tank circuits. It has a capacitance of 33 μF with a tolerance of ±10%, a maximum core temperature of +85°C, and a surface temperature limit of +45°C requiring derating above that point. The capacitor has a maximum ESR of 0.3 mΩ at 100 kHz and a self-inductance below 3 nH. It measures 102 mm in diameter and 71.5 mm in height with a 60 mm terminal spacing, and meets UL94V0 flame retardancy standards.
