BC858B-C is a PNP silicon transistor in SOT-23 package for general-purpose switching and amplification, with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 30 V, collector current of 100 mA, and power dissipation of 250 mW. It features a current gain (hFE) group B ranging from 220 to 475 at IC = 2 mA, collector-emitter saturation voltage up to 650 mV at IC = 100 mA and IB = 5 mA, and base-emitter saturation voltage up to 900 mV at IC = 100 mA and IB = 5 mA. The device operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets RoHS, REACH, and UL 94 V-0 standards. It is rated for commercial grade and is supplied taped and reeled on 7-inch reels.
