The DMTH6015LPDW-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for power management and load switch applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 60V, with a continuous drain current of 36.3A at TC=125°C and VGS=10V, and 31.2A at VGS=4.5V. The device features a low RDS(ON) of 20mΩ at VGS=10V and 27mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. The package is rated for moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 3.8°C/W and a thermal resistance from junction to ambient of 57°C/W. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and includes ESD-protected gates. The part is suitable for automotive applications and is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
