The DMTH4007LPSWQ is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V, a typical on-resistance of 6.5mΩ at 10V gate drive, and a continuous drain current of 85A at TC=25°C. The device supports junction temperatures up to +175°C and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.8°C/W. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and certified for IATF 16949 manufacturing. The package has a height of less than 1.1mm and is rated UL 94 V-0 with moisture sensitivity level 1. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging, 2500 per reel.
