The DMT31M8LFVWQ-13 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management in automotive and DC-DC converter applications. It features a low on-resistance of 1.6mΩ at VGS=10V and 2.6mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with a maximum continuous drain current of 138A at TC=+25°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and housed in a thermally efficient, wettable flank package that occupies 33% less board area than an SO-8. The MOSFET supports a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards.
