Deca Vibrator Pneumatic Hammer DI Series

DI-150S impacting piston vibrator is of robust construction having a cast aluminium case and a hardened steel piston. It is designed so that the piston strikes a mounting plate of the unit it is fitted. Damper Kit (DI-150S only, supplied as standard) used between the vibrator and the mounting plate significantly reduces noise. DI-170S, DI-200S impacting piston vibrators are of robust construction having a steel case and a hardened steel piston. They are designed so that the piston strikes the base plate of the vibrator and is therefore totally enclosed. Control Unit Suitable for all models to run continuously adjustable from 6 - 100 impacts per minute. Supplied in a sturdy box with lid attached by 1/4 turn screws. Speed adjustments made by a regulator housed inside the unit to avoid accidental speed changes. This unit must be mounted within 1 meter from the vibrator for optimum operation. Application The DI-150S, DI-170S & DI-200S impacting piston vibrators are designed to give a high shock force suitable for knocking off stubborn material adhering to hopper walls, which in turn would diminish the possibility of bridging and ratholing. Recommended hopper wall thickness: DI-150S: 3 - 6mm, DI-170S: 6 - 10mm, DI-200S: 10 - 12mm
