DAFLEX SH277 shrinkable irradiated polyolefin tubing recovers to 25% of its supplied size when full recovery is permitted. Material will shrink with the application of 120°C (250°F), is rated for continuous operation from -55°C to +135°C, and will withstand up to 300°C (572°F) for short durations.
SH277 is flame retardant and meets or exceeds the specified properties of MIL-I-23053/5 Class 1 and 3. Its longitudinal shrinkage is a maximum of 10%. DAFLEX SH277 can be hot stamped.
Typical applications are where tubing must fit over a large object such as in the repair or replacement of cable jacketing.
This series is RoHS compliant.
