Description
The CMD240 is wideband GaAs MMIC BroadRange distributed low noise amplifier die which operates from DC to 22 GHz. The amplifier delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with a corresponding noise figure of 2.2 dB and output 1 dB compression point of 19 dBm at 10 GHz. The CMD240 MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching. The CMD240 also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
