The V0902 is a 2-port, 9 GHz Vector Network Analyzer that delivers metrology-grade performance in a more economical package than our standard Compact models. This model is the next generation of the M5090, and while the V0902 VNA is the same price as the former model, this unit has a number of specification improvements including: Lower start frequency: 100 kHz vs. 300 kHz Higher maximum IF bandwidth: 300 kHz vs. 100 kHz Wider dynamic range: 135 dB typical vs. 130 dB typical Faster measurement speed: Nearly 3x faster at 25 µs per point These upgrades make the V0902 a powerful solution for engineers seeking reliable RF measurements for materials measurement or production applications without the price tag of traditional, full-featured lab instruments. The V0902 includes many of the advanced software features found in other CMT VNAs: Linear/logarithmic sweeps with multiple trace formats Power sweeps Fixture simulation (embedding/de-embedd ing) 16 independent channels with up to 16 traces each Markers with marker search tools and marker math, various conversion algorithms, and limit tests for pass/fail criteria, etc. Test Automation programming in LabView, Python, MATLAB, .NET, etc. To keep costs down, some features typically included in CMT software have been excluded from the models in the Value Series line from CMT. For users who do not require features like time domain and gating, this unit offers a reduced cost without sacrificing performance or accuracy. VNAs and ACMs are delivered with factory calibration certificates containing no data. The add-on option for ISO17025/Z540-1 Accredited, Traceable Calibration Certificate and Uncertainties is available and needs to be specified at time of order. The V0902 VNA includes an RF measurement module and S2VNA Windows operating system on a PC, laptop, tablet, or x86 board computer connecting to the measurement.
