Broadcom Inc. Low Noise Amplifier with switchable Bypass/Shutdown Mode in Low Profile Package MGA-65606

Avago Technologies' MGA-65606 is an economical, easy-to-use GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with Bypass/Shutdown mode. MGA-64606 has low noise and high linearity achieved through the use of Avago Technologies’ proprietary 0.25um GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. The 2.5-4.0 GHz MGA-65606 LNA has switchable shutdown and bypass functionality that enables it to be bypassed during periods of high input signal power. This feature reduces current consumption, conserving battery-life in portable devices. The MGA-65606 addresses WiMAX, Wireless Local Loop and other applications.
