The ACPM-7777 is a multiband, multi-mode power amplifier module for both GMSK and 8-psk modulation schemes and UMTS bands. A directional coupler is integrated for UMTS PAs, and the isolation port is terminated internally. This module is housed in a cost-effective, extremely small package.
