BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. Unilock Chuck MCM 150

Description
UNILOCK utilizes spring pressure to drive wedges against a tapered wedge lock (clamping knob). Air pressure is used to compress the springs, releasing the wedge lock. Clamping is achieved by bleeding the air pressure out of the chuck. To facilitate palletization, the clamping knob is attached to a base plate, fixture or directly to a workpiece. The result is quick and repeatable clamping. The MCM 150 is prepared to accept 4 hardened 12mm index bushings, one every 90 degrees. Order 1 index bushing to orient a pallet with a single knob. If you need to execute multiple 90 degree indexes, additional bushings can be installed.
