The MRF429 is an NPN silicon power transistor designed for high-voltage linear amplification in the 2.0 to 30 MHz range, delivering 150 W (PEP) output power at 50 V with a minimum gain of 13 dB and 45% efficiency. It features diffused emitter resistors for ruggedness and is 100% tested for load mismatch at all phase angles with a 30:1 VSWR under 150 W CW operation. The device is packaged in a CASE 211-11, Style 1 housing and exhibits a maximum intermodulation distortion of -32 dB at full power.
