The device provides a minimum common source power gain of 10 dB at 1 W output, with a drain efficiency of 40 % at 12.5 V and 50 mA quiescent current. Input capacitance is 12 pF, output capacitance is 10 pF, and reverse transfer capacitance is 1 pF at 1 MHz. The thermal resistance from junction to case is 175 °C/W.
